Technical, legal or medical topics: mention them in your request so your interpreter can prepare, or we tell you honestly if a specialist is better.

How far ahead should I book?
Two weeks is comfortable; during big fairs, earlier. Short notice is often possible; just send the request.
Can the interpreter travel with me?
Yes, within Fujian and further, for example to Guangzhou or Shenzhen. Travel days and costs are in the quote.
Do you also translate documents?
Short texts, yes, quoted separately. For certified or legal translations we refer you to a specialist.
Can we talk on WeChat?
Yes. Add WeChat ID julialian288 or message us on WhatsApp at +86 185 5921 3117. You can use WeChat during the visit. Agreements and the quote go by e-mail so you both have them in writing.
Can you find out what my product costs before I travel?
Yes. Send photos or drawings with the request form or on WhatsApp. We ask several factories for quotes and send you a written report with prices, minimum quantities and lead times.
Do I need WeChat and Alipay before I arrive?
It helps a lot. Install both and link a card at home. If it does not work, your interpreter helps you on day one.
