Trade fairs in Xiamen
Combine relevant exhibitors with time for supplier meetings and follow-up visits. TalkEast supports English–Mandarin conversations at fairs, meetings and side events in Xiamen; registration remains with the organizer.
Interpreting pairs: English ↔ Mandarin Chinese, Spanish ↔ Mandarin Chinese and Spanish ↔ English. Spanish interpreting availability and fees are confirmed in a written CNY quote. The website language does not change these service pairs.

Check the event and the venue
Xiamen International Stone Fair: 16–19 March 2027, published by the organizer; Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center, Siming District. It focuses on stone, stone machinery and design.
CIFIT, the China International Fair for Investment and Trade: the past 2026 edition ran 8–11 September at Xiamen International Expo Center. The next edition's dates have not been verified here. Check the organizer before making plans.
The Canton Fair is in Guangzhou, not Xiamen. Spring 2027's 15 April–5 May window is a provisional planning estimate here. Use our separate Canton Fair page and verify the official schedule.
Prepare for useful conversations
Share the exhibitors you want to meet, your product requirements and the questions to translate in advance. We help with stand conversations, supplier details, WeChat contacts and short notes after each meeting.
Keep a free day if you may want to visit a factory in Xiamen, Quanzhou, Zhangzhou or Putian. Confirm visits separately. Book accommodation after checking the correct exhibition venue; the two Xiamen venues are not interchangeable.
Hours, registration and quotation
Full fair days in Xiamen are CNY 1,600 for up to eight hours, or CNY 1,400 per day from three days. A half day up to four hours is CNY 900. The complete itinerary and any extra costs are confirmed in writing.
