Putian has an established footwear supply chain, including manufacturers and material suppliers. Xianyou is known for classical wooden furniture and traditional craftsmanship; incense and other crafts are also relevant to the region.
We work with legitimate manufacturers only and do not source branded copies or replica products. A factory visit is not an independent audit, product inspection or guarantee that a supplier will perform.
A workable day from Xiamen
Confirm the full factory addresses and appointments before choosing trains. Xiamen North and Putian are connected by high-speed rail; check the current timetable and allow onward travel from the station. Two or three visits may fit a day, depending on their locations and the time needed in each factory.
Your interpreter can meet you at an agreed station or travel with you. Agree the start, finish, travel and waiting time. Leave room for a closing discussion, notes and supplier WeChat contacts rather than filling every hour with another stop.
Questions to take inside
A full day is CNY 1,600 for up to eight hours. A travel day outside Xiamen, or travel exceeding one hour each way, may add the published CNY 400 supplement; tickets, hotel and meals are at cost. The written quote confirms the actual arrangement. Researching and comparing factory quotations first can help you choose which sites to visit.
