What the platform does
TalkEast connects clients and interpreters through profiles, requests, conversations, quotes and booking records. Payment is arranged directly between the parties.
Information and access
We use account information to provide access and send service notifications. Conversations and attachments are restricted to authorised participants. Profile contact details follow the interpreter’s visibility choices.
Your choices
You can request an export or deletion from your account. Existing obligations and the approved retention policy determine which records must remain. WeChat conversations outside TalkEast are governed by that service.
Agreed services
Your accepted quote records the service scope, sessions, total price and cancellation terms. A change requires explicit agreement. No platform payment or automatic refund is provided in this version.
